If it is in good shape, I think you could get $2.50+ a pound for it without any trouble, at least where I am. It also depends on what shape the face of the anvil is in, is it flat or all beaten down, are the edges chipped? From what I have seen the past few years, that knife making show on the History Channel has driven interest in blacksmithing to new highs and prices for anything having to do with smithing have gone way up. I was told that was the going price for them at that time. Hay-Budden started making anvils in the late 1880s and ceased production around 1926. However on page 270 in Anvils In America, the book states that Arm & Hammer made anvils for Belknap with the name BH & M CO. The 'HAY-BUDDEN' Anvil was produced by the Hay-Budden Manufacturing Company of Brookland New York. In fact, it's not mentioned in the list of hardware companies in Anvils In America. I have a HAY-BUDDEN anvil with a base that I have not been able to find any information on. I paid a little over a dollar per pound and it was about 120 lbs. This name is not common among hardware companies that Hay Budden made anvils for. Theres a 105 stamped on the heal and I can. (based on its measurements) For Blacksmith, Ferrier, or Plowmaker, the 26' Hay Budden Anvil information is easy to find on Google. According to the 1914-1915 Hay Budden Catalog, this anvil is between 125lbs and 150 lbs. I did weight it and it came in at 156lbs.
